Policies

Please follow these rules so we can deliver your retrospective in a timely manner:

• The amount of photos should be sent according to the package chosen.
• You must choose up to three songs / author names must be submitted to be inserted into your video.
• Photos must be organized and numbered chronologically. ( 01, 02, 03 …)
• The photos must be sent via wetransfer.com to [email protected].
• Prohibited sending photo collage.
• The photos are digital and should be sent online.
• Extra photos will be charged US $ 1.00 per image
• The retrospective usually lasts between 5 to 12 minutes.
• After the completion you will receive a link to download the retrospective. Please make any notes to changes you might think necessary. Once they are done you will receive a new link for approval. No further changes will be allowed, so pay close attention when submitting the list with the desired modifications. Upon verification of the last revision and confirmation that all final adjustments have been made, the Retrospective will be considered approved and no other changes will be accepted.
• Deadline for production of Animated Retrospective: 15 days.
• You will receive a link to download the first draft. Please make any notes to changes you might find necessary.
• You will then receive a new link wth the revised retrospective for final approval.
• No further changes will be allowed, so pay close attention when submitting the list with the desired modifications.
• Once this second video is verified and you confirm that all final adjustments have been made, the Retrospective will be considered approved and no other changes will be accepted.
